Lubrication: automatic lubrication system, using closed-pole continuous lubricating machine CEVB-4L, 220V, can ensure enough lubricating oil for each lubrication point; each sliding surface and ball screw are distributed according to the oil path, and the oil volume is controlled separately, and the cycle lubrication time can be adjusted according to Set as needed, with low oil volume control device.
Cooling: The cooling water tank uses a split design, so that the chips are easy to clean and the cooling water is easy to replace.
Iron chip removal: The high-torque screw chip conveyor is installed on the Z-axis, with a high-efficiency chain plate chip conveyor mechanism, which completely solves the problem of chip removal and also solves the effect of cutting iron chip heat on machining accuracy
